Tantalizing tastebuds one taco (or pho) at a time
With all that seafood I was surprised that this dish was just $16.95, the same price as Ryan’s entree. Plus, we got all those sides. It was a feast. Mt. Fuji serves a lot of food!
I would definitely go back to Mt. Fuji if I wasn’t on this mission to try all the Asian soups and tacos in Northern Colorado.

I haven’t been to Japan, but this is the kind of ramen restaurant I imagine is all over the place. Get it in my face fast because I gotta run, kind of ramen.
Come eat raman with me! Nope, it’s not pho but it is Asian and there are noodles and it is soup, kind of.
